The photograph affixed on the admission form shall be property of the Institution and may be used by the Institute for advertisment purpose.
3.Term and Condition:
1. Before taking admission in any course that is offered by our institutes a student has to ensure that he/she has complete information about the course an order to avoid any confusion.
2. It is mandatory that every student must bring two latest passport size photograph and photocopy of one ID Proof (voter ID/ Driving license / Adhar card ) at the time of Admission.
3. In no case / bbunder no circumstances the validity of course will be extended beyond the duration mentioned in the website / App /Browser (by the counsellor).
4. If a student is fond involved in any Acts of indiscipline (e.g ,use od vulgar language , creating disturbance in class, Altercation etc.) He/She will be expelled and debarred from the institution without giving any prior notice and reason . In such cases the concerned student will not be allowed to claim refond of fees or option to get transfer to other branch of this institution
5. Once the student has paid the first installment ,It is expected that He/She submit his further installment at the fixed time , failing which ,He/she will be fined rupees 200/500 each day of his attending class.
6. The Institute ensures that only those faculty who's name are mentioned during counselling or on our website or on our App can take classes. But under P.T.O special circumstances, a faculty can be changed in the middled of the session and Institute takes full responsibility that Quality of teaching is not compromised.
4.Refund/ cancellation policy:
- If a candidate cancels his/ her admission within 7 days of the commencement of any cource ,their will be 30?duction in fees. And if he/she cancels within 30 days of the date of admission , their will be deduction of 60% of fees . In case of cancellation after more than one month , no amount will refunded.
- The Institute ensures that only those faculty who's name are mentioned during counselling or on our website or on our App can take classes. Transfer policy :
- In case of change of branch students can take a decission within one month of the batch commencement There will be no rfund in case of inter branch transfer but fees paid will be adjusted.
NOTE: We have only two branches ( one at sector 2 ,Noida and other at sector 49,Noida )
